DESWITA Pandansari is one of the Tourism Villages located in Batang regency, various tourism activities are also available there, but in the delivery of information it is limited to photo and video activities through social media such as Facebook and Instagram does not cover the layout of the region that can describe the situation in DESWITA Pandansari. Lack of information delivery media is an obstacle for ordinary people who want to know its location. Seeing the needs of these matter it is needed a web-based virtual tour. In developing this system the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method is used, the testing technique uses the GUI (Graphical User Interface) test and the UAT (User Acceptance Test). The results of GUI testing from the virtual tour that has been made was running as expected and from the UAT test results that the virtual tour was able to provide an overview of the condition and layout of the location with a 360º panorama and clear information
